We connect homeowners in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky with Ohio ODH-licensed radon mitigation contractors. We do not perform radon testing or mitigation ourselves — all work is done by independently licensed contractors. What we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us in our quote form. That includes your name, phone number, email address, and zip code, plus optional details about your home: foundation type, whether you have tested for radon before, and any message you add. We ask for these so a contractor can understand your situation and give you an accurate quote.

The site itself does not use website analytics, advertising pixels, or advertising cookies. We are not tracking your browsing or building an advertising profile of you. If you do not submit the form, we do not collect personal information about you.

How we use your information

We use what you submit to match you with a licensed contractor partner in your area and to pass your request along to that contractor so they can prepare a free quote. We may also use your contact details to follow up with you about your request — for example, to confirm we received it or to help connect you with the right contractor.

Who we share it with

We share your request with the licensed contractor partner or partners matched to your location so they can respond to you directly. That is the point of the service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated companies for their own marketing.

How the form is processed

Our quote form is handled by Formspree, a third-party form provider that receives and delivers your submission to us on our behalf. Formspree processes the data only to pass your message through, subject to its own privacy and security practices. Aside from Formspree and the contractor partner we match you with, we do not hand your information to other third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep your request only as long as we need it to service your inquiry and connect you with a contractor. When it is no longer needed for that purpose, we dispose of it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete the information you submitted, and you can opt out of any follow-up from us at any time. Just reach out through our contact page and tell us what you would like us to do. Keep in mind that once a contractor partner has received your request, that contractor manages its own records under its own privacy practices, so you may also want to contact them directly.

Children's privacy

This site is meant for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.
